Refund of Rhyno Coins

You can request a refund for unused Rhyno Coins in your wallet anytime, as long as the ride hasn’t been started. Once a ride begins, the coins used for that ride are non-refundable.

Platform Fees Are Non-Refundable

Platform or service fees charged during the booking process are non-refundable, even if the ride is cancelled or not used.

Ride Cancellations

If you cancel a ride before it starts, the ride amount (in Rhyno Coins) will be refunded. However, any platform fee paid will not be refunded.

Issues During Ride

If there’s a technical issue or service disruption from our side, we’ll look into the matter. If found valid, a full or partial refund may be provided based on the situation.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be approved and processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited with in 1-2 working days to your original payment method.
